Chris and Patty are the owners of Metro Brokers/Morningside Homes, LLC. They currently employ several broker associates. Patty is a past director on the Board of Directors for the Aurora Association of REALTORS and is currently serving on the board of directors for the Women's Council of REALTORS. She was voted REALTOR OF THE YEAR from the Women's Council of REALTORS for 2005.

Chris and Patty specialize in representing their clients in the purchases and sales of HUD homes,single-family residences, multi-family residences and income property within the cities of Aurora, Littleton, Parker, Centennial, Lakewood, Northglenn, Arvada, Westminster, Denver, Castle Rock, Lone Tree,Highlands Ranch, Parker. They keep current of all transactions in these areas and are also very knowledgeable in the surrounding areas of Denver.
Personal
Chris and Patty work as a husband and wife team and together they have 35+ years in the Real Estate industry. Their entire career has been in the Denver Metro area. They are members of the National, Colorado and Aurora Associations of Realtors. They have a high level of Real Estate education to best serve their clients.
Chris and Patty have lived in the Denver area for most of their lives and have extensive knowledge of the area. They have listed and sold properties from Fairplay to Watkins and from Colorado Springs to Ft. Collins.
In their free time(?) they teach country dance classes. In the past they have competed in many dance contests but their true love is to teach students to dance so they can carry it with them throughout their lives. Chris is an avid bass fisherman and to get away from it all they escape to their mountain home to enjoy the animals and the beautiful scenery. |
