Dear Chris and Patty,
"Patty is the greatest! As a first time seller, I needed a lot of guidance and some hand-holding and she was there every step of the way. My house was on the market, sold, and I was in my new home in less than 60 days! Patty is personable, professional, highly knowledgeable, and very trustworthy. It was a pleasure working with her!"
Service Category: Real Estate Agent
Year first hired: 2013
Top Qualities: Great Results, Personable, High Integrity
Chris and Patty have helped me in every real estate transaction I've made, including when they were on the other side of the table and my initial agent was a moron. Patty particularly walked me through the entire thing, and pretty much worked both sides of the table on everything but price. This kept her arrangement not only ethical, but made a deal happen that would have otherwise fallen through without her going above and beyond.

When we first thought about purchasing a home, friends and family recommended Chris and Patty Clark because of their excellent experiences with them. As a first time home buyer, Mike appreciated Chris and Patty's gentle teaching and tireless explanations. When we began working with Chris and Patty, we were impressed by how responsive they were to our needs and desires for the type of home, the area, the price and the timing of purchasing a home. Chris and Patty were available at our convenience and never hesitated to answer our questions. Chris and Patty returned phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner and were extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We credit Chris and Patty's patience and hard work for our success in obtaining the right home for us.

Chris & Patty:
Just want to thank you for sticking with me the last 7 months. I know I was not always the easiest person to deal with and for that I do apologize. The house is wonderful, even the dog is comfortable here. We got moved in just fine and I am still unpacking boxes. Didn't realize I had so much junk!
Good thing Goodwill is just across the street. Thank you again for the lovely wind chimes, they sound great on the patio. I will be sure to recommend you if I ever hear of anyone that is moving.
The first time I hired Patty was nearly ten years ago when my mother passed away. I asked her to sell my parents home.
I can only tell you what I know to be true, Patty is constantly on top of things. She is highly organized, on time, and very easy to get a hold of. She has an intimate knowledge of the Denver real estate market and how transactions work and she's been working the neighborhoods of the Denver metro area since Jimmy Carter was in office.
So when I found myself fortunate enough to be highly liquid when the Denver real estate market collapsed in 2009, I hired Patty again to find me a series of depressed properties in Denver with the goal to fix, milk and flip.
Ultimately I bought a total of six properties.
Between 2009 and 2012 I extensively remodeled each of those properties and made a handsome return on my investments.
When I decided to retire in Thailand, not only did I ask Patty to liquidate my real estate holdings, I granted her power of attorney to do it. And as an attorney, I can tell you that granting someone a power of attorney is an extraordinary demonstration of trust.
And it was trust well placed: Patty did a beautiful job in liquidating my properties even though I repeatedly put her into awkward and frustrating positions.
I had a tenant who took a hammer to the interior of one of my units while it was under contract, Days away from closing. Patty jumped right in, took control of the situation, coordinated the extensive clean up and repair and pushed that sale through - on time. She handled it like a pro. She went well above and well beyond what most Realtors would have put up with.
Patty is a seasoned Realtor with extensive connections. If you hire her, you'll be getting a woman who keeps her cool in tough situations, thinks outside the box, and can wheel and deal with the best of them. And on top of all that, this woman has thousands of closings under her belt.
She'll do a good job for you .
